摘要
介绍了棉筒子纱活性染料零排放染色新技术,采用染色残液循环捕捉仪捕捉每道染色或水洗工序残液中的染料,所得清水再循环利用到相应工段中,应用于100 kg筒子纱染缸的实际生产中。结果表明:与工厂染色工艺相比,不但节水节能(节水率达90%以上),而且大大节省了元明粉等助剂的成本。染色各工段残液经循环捕捉仪再生后均无色澄清,回用于染色相应工段后筒子纱的K/S值及色光与客户要求一致,且各项色牢度较好,耐湿摩擦色牢度在3~4级以上,层差、筒差、色差均不大于0.6级,质量稳定。
Cotton cheese yarn’s zero discharge dyeing with reactive dyeswas introduced. The dye molecules in each dyeing or washing process residual were captured by using dyeing residual cyclingcapture instrument and the recycled water obtainedwas reusedin the corresponding section. Andthis dyeing method was applied to the actual production with 100 kg cheese vat. The results showed that,compared with the traditional dyeing process,the new dyeing method couldnot only save energy and water( saving more than 90%water),but also save the cost of additives such as sodium sulfate. Residual liquids of each section were colorless after regenerated by cycling capture instrument,and the K/S value and color shade ofcotton cheese yarnafter each dyeingsection were consistent with customer’srequirements,which hadbetter fastness(wet rubbing fastness was above 3~4 grades). Meanwhile,the layer difference,vat difference and color difference were all less than 0.6 and allwere ofstable qualities.
