摘要
为解决现行儿童纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯质量分数检测方法效率低、成本高及易造成环境污染等问题,研究采用红外光谱仪,通过理论分析与实验结合的方法,分析儿童纺织品涂层材料构成、分子结构和基团情况,探究邻苯二甲酸酯的红外特征;用红外光谱法测定儿童纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯质量分数的检出限、精密度和加标回收率。结果显示,通过特征频率区的1 600、1 580 cm^-1双峰及指纹区740 cm^-1处特征吸收峰,可定性判定邻苯二甲酸酯的存在,采用740 cm^-1处特征吸收峰建立定量方法,检出限低至0.03%,精密度为2.66%,加标回收率在98.6%~100.0%。红外光谱法满足儿童纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯定量检测的要求,可实现高效快速、绿色环保的筛选检测。
To solve the problems of low efficiency,high cost and environmental pollution cased by current detection method of phthalates in children’s textiles,the composition,molecular structure and groups of children’s textile coating materials were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy through combining theoretical analysis with experiment,and the infrared characteristics of phthalates were explored. The detection limit,precision and recovery of phthalate in children’s textiles were determined by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the existence of phthalates could be qualitatively determined by the double peaks of 1 600 cm^-1 and 1 580 cm^-1 in the characteristic frequency region and the characteristic absorption peaks of 740 cm^-1 in the fingerprint region. Quantitative method was established with 740 cm^-1 characteristic absorption peak. The detection limit was as low as 0.03%,the precision was 2.66%,and the recovery rate was 98.6%~100.0%. Infrared spectroscopy could meet the requirement of quantitative detection of phthalate esters in children’s textiles,and could achieve efficient,rapid and environmentally friendly screening and detection.
