当前中国的社会情绪呈现出民粹化的趋向,它主要表现为“仇官”“仇富”“仇专家”三种类型的、以精英为反对的目标对象的不满心态。之所以会有民粹化的趋向,在很大程度上和改革进程中出现的贫富分化和阶层固化等密切相关。当前中国社会情绪的民粹化具有如下特征:从表现形态上看,它倾向于采取极端的解决方式;从目标对象上看,它主要是反对精英的;从行动路线上看,它主要是以网络为载体的;从行动策略上看,它主要是以政治正确来反对政治正确的;从价值取向上看,它主要是追求公平的。要消解当前中国民粹化的社会情绪,必须在财富流动、代际继承等方面采取节制性的措施。

At present, the current social sentiments in China show a trend of populism, which is mainly manifested by the social antagonism against the elites like the "government officials", the "rich people" and the "experts". The trend of populism is largely due to the wealth disparity and the solidification of social strata in the process of reform. The populism of social sentiments in China has the following characteristics: it tends to adopt extremist solutions;it mainly opposes the social elites;it takes the Internet as the medium;its tactics are to oppose political correctness through political correctness;and it mainly pursues fairness in terms of value orientation. In order to eliminate the current populist social sentiments, it is necessary to take some measures in controlling the flow of wealth and inter-generational inheritance.
