基于CIPP模型和层次分析法的高校创新创业教育评价体系的构建

Construction on Evaluation System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on CIPP Model and Analytic Hierarchy Process

经过近几年的快速发展,我国高校创新创业教育逐渐具备一定规模,由于发展起步相对较晚等原因,目前高校创新创业教育体系尚不完善,尤其在教育质量控制和评价方面更是薄弱。为了优化高校创新创业教育质量评价体系,在分析CIPP模型和创新创业教育契合性的基础上,利用CIPP模型初步构建创新创业教育评价指标体系,运用层次分析法计算各个层次指标权重值,最后构建一套相对完整的创新创业教育评价体系,并提出加大创新创业教育资源投入力度、推进教育体系改革和加强教育联动建设等建议,为促进高校创新创业教育发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。

After several years of rapid development,innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities has gradually formed a certain scale.Due to the relatively late start and other reasons,the currentinnovation and entrepreneurship education system is not perfect,and the research on quality control and evaluation of education is relatively weak.In order to optimize the quality of the evaluation system of colleges′ innovation and entrepreneurship education,firstly,this paper analyses the coincidence between CIPP model and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and constructs a preliminary index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation by using CIPP model.Then this paper calculates the weight coefficients of each index by using analytic hierarchy process,and finally constructs a perfect evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,At the same time,the paper also puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing the investment in innovation and entrepreneurship educationresources,promoting the reform of education system and strengthening the linkage in construction of education which will provide some references for promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
