全面护理在小儿静脉留置针中的应用效果观察

Effects of comprehensive nursing on children with venous indwelling needles

目的:观察全面护理在小儿静脉留置针中的应用效果。方法:选取120例实施静脉留置针输液治疗的患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施全面护理,比较两组穿刺依从性、一次性穿刺成功率、留置期间并发症发生情况、留置针留置时间、家长护理满意度。结果:观察组穿刺依从性、一次性穿刺成功率及家长护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);留置期间观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,留置针留置时间明显长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上实施全面护理,有利于提升静脉留置针患儿的依从性及穿刺效果,延长留置时间,提高满意度,且并发症明显少于常规护理。

Objective: To observe application effects of comprehensive nursing on children with venous indwelling needles. Methods: 120 children with venous indwelling needles were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The puncture compliance, one-time puncture success rate, complications during indwelling, indwelling needle indwelling time, and parents’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The puncture compliance, one-time puncture success rate and parents’ satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications during the indwelling period in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the indwelling time of the indwelling needles was significantly longer than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Comprehensive nursing based on the routine nursing is beneficial to improve the compliance and puncture effects of the children with venous indwelling needles, prolong the indwelling time and improve the satisfaction degree. Moreover, its complications are significantly less than the routine nursing.
