舒适护理在下肢深静脉血栓形成介入术患者中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs

目的:观察舒适护理在下肢深静脉血栓形成介入术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取94例行介入手术治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各47例,对照组采取围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取围术期舒适护理,比较两组术后并发症的发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组术后并发症发生率为4.26%(2/47),明显低于对照组的21.28%(10/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为97.87%(46/47),明显高于对照组的85.11%(40/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上采用围术期舒适护理,可明显降低下肢深静脉血栓形成介入术患者的术后并发症发生率,提高满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective: To observe application effects of comfortable nursing in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs underwent interventional surgeries. Methods: 94 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, who underwent the interventional surgeries, were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group was given comfortable perioperative nursing based on that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.26%(2/47), which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.28%, 10/47), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.87%.(46/47), which was significantly higher than the control group of 85.11%(40/47), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Based on the routine perioperative nursing, the perioperative comfortable nursing for the patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs underwent the interventional surgeries can effectively reduce the complications and improve the patient satisfaction. Moreover, it is superior to the routine perioperative nursing.
