长江经济带科技创新对经济发展支撑作用研究

A Study on the Supporting Effect of Technologal Innovation on Economic Development in the Yangtze Economic Belt

文章采用DEA模型测度2007—2016年长江经济带九省二市的科技创新效率,并基于C—D生产函数分析长江经济带科技创新对经济发展水平的影响。结果表明:长江经济带科技创新效率总体偏低,科技创新的有效性并不是很强,但是长江经济带总体科技创新效率呈现波动上升的趋势。科技投入力度、科技产出能力和科技创新环境是影响区域经济发展的重要因素。因此,应提高长江经济带的科技创新能力,推动区域经济高质量发展,发挥科技创新对经济发展的战略支撑作用。

This paper uses the DEA model to measure the technological innovation efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2016,and analyzes the impact of technological innovation on the level of economic development based on the C-D production function.The results show that the efficiency of technological innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally low,and the effectiveness of technological innovation is not very strong,but the overall technological innovation efficiency shows a trend of rising volatility.Technological investment,technological output capacity and technological innovation environment are the iimportant factors for promoting regional economic development.So it is necessary to improve the technological innovation capability of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,promote regional coordinated development,and expand the strategic support of technological innovation for high quality economic development.
