摘要
“互联网+”环境下,共享经济取得了迅猛发展,创造了巨大价值,成为当下学术界的重点研究课题。在共享汽车领域,滴滴出行是该商业模式的典型代表。文章选择滴滴出行作为案例分析对象,着重探讨商业模式创新及其影响因素。研究发现该商业模式创新之处在于价值链模式创新、营销创新、产品服务模式创新和信息对称创新。而产品和服务、价值链、平台推广、用户体验、竞争壁垒和政府政策是影响共享商业模式创新的六大主要因素。在案例分析的基础上,对共享经济发展及其影响因素提出了一些应用思考。
Under the environment of"Internet accelerated speed",sharing economy has achieved rapid development and created great value,which has become a key research topic in the current academic word.In the field of sharing cars,Didi Taxi is a typical representative of this business model.This paper chooses Didi Taxi as the case study object and focuse on the discussion of business model innovation and its influencing factors.It is found that the innovation of this business model lies in the innovation of value chain model,marketing model,product service model and information symmetry.Products and services,value chain,platform promotion,user experience,competitive barriers and government policies are the six major factors affecting the innovation of shared business model.On the basis of the case analysis,some practical considerations on sharing economy and influencing factors are put forward.
