基于博弈视角探索新兴产业绿色技术创新演化模式

摘要 新兴产业发展过程中呈现出的低端化现象严重影响了中国经济社会的可持续发展,这使得绿色技术创新得到高度关注,政府规制力度也随之加强。政府与产业之间存在相互制约、相互影响的利益关系,因此探究政府规制对产业绿色技术创新演化的影响成为学者们关注的重要问题之一。通过借鉴演化博弈理论,对绿色技术创新的参与主体进行利益、权力分析,构建产业与政府之间的博弈模型,根据仿生学研究,引入Lotka-Volterra模型,探究政府规制对产业绿色技术创新的演化影响,利用Matlab仿真工具,对演化博弈以及仿生演化模型进行数学推导并赋值进行仿真分析。结果表明,当产业绿色技术创新收益高于成本时,产业均会选择进行绿色技术创新,而政府均不进行管制;当产业绿色技术创新收益低于成本时,产业选择不进行绿色技术创新,而政府会根据“经济人”假设选择是否进行管制。基于此,从产业、政府与第三方视角提出了新兴产业绿色技术创新演化的优化策略。 The low-end phenomenon in the development of emerging industries has seriously affected the sustainable development of China's economy and society.This has made green technology innovations highly concerned and government regulation strengthened.There is mutual influence between the government and the industry.Therefore,exploring the influence of government regulation on the evolution of industrial green technology innovation has become one of the important issues that scholars pay attention to.In the article,the interests and powers of the participants in green technology innovation are analyzed,and the game model between industry and government is constructed by referring to the evolutionary game theory.According to the study of bionics,the Lotka-Volterra model is introduced to explore the Influence of industrial green technology innovation which government regulations impose on,and Matlab simulation tools are uesed to perform Mathematical derivation and simulation analysis on the evolutionary game and bionic evolution models.The results show that when the industrial green technology innovation income is higher than the cost,the industry will choose to carry out green technology innovation,and the government won't control;when the industrial green technology innovation income is low,the industry will choose not to carry out green technology innovation,and Whether the government will control these industries is based on the assumption of the economic person.Based on this,this paper proposes an optimization strategy for the evolution of green technology innovation in emerging industries from the perspective of industry,government and third parties.
