新时代中小城市创新发展对策研究——以安徽省皖江五市为例

Analysis and Suggestion on Innovative Development of New Times Small and Medium-Sized Cities: Take Five Cities in Anhui as Examples

中小城市是新时代实施创新发展战略的重要载体。我国发展进入新时代,中小城市创新发展还存在不少问题,主要有:地区发展不平衡,发展环境不完善,金融支持不充分。文章以安徽省皖江五市为例,阐述中小城市以推进制造业高质量发展为目标,以增强资金、人才支撑为抓手,以完善创新体制机制为保障,全力提高创新发展能力和水平。

Medium and small cities are important carrier of fully implementing national development strategy.As China has entered a new period,there still exist a lot of problems in innovative development of China’s medium and small cities,including regional development imbalance,incomplete development environment and inadequate finance support.Taking five cities in Anhui for examples,this paper expounds that small and medium-sized cities should aim to promote high-quality development of manufacturing industry,strengthen capital and talent support,improve innovation system and mechanism as their guarantee,and make every effort to improve innovation and development ability and level.
