皖江城市带能源消耗与经济增长关系实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Energy Consumption and Economic Growth in the Minjiang City Belt

能源消耗与经济增长的关系一直是经济学关注的热点。依据1990—2017年安徽省地区生产总值和能源消耗总量数据,利用计量方法分析全省单位GDP能耗长期稳定值、短期波动值。以长期值与短期值为基准线,探究皖江城市带各市能源利用情况,得出以下结论:能源消耗是促进省内地区生产总值的重要因素,二者长期内存在均衡稳定关系;短期内能源消耗对地区生产总值的促进作用明显降低,且还受到上期影响;皖江城市带各市能源利用水平存在较为明显的时空差异。为有效提升资源利用效率,促进经济可持续发展,应加快供给侧结构性改革、促进产业转型升级,加速新能源开发利用、实现新旧动能转换,加强示范引导、倡导绿色生产生活。

The relationship between energy consumption and economic growth has always been a hot spot of economics.According to the total GDP and energy consumption data of Anhui Province from 1990 to 2017,the long-term stable value and short-term fluctuation value of energy consumption per unit of GDP in the province were analyzed by using the measurement method.Based on the long-term and short-term values,this paper explores the energy utilization of cities in the Lancang City Belt and draws the following conclusions:(1)Energy consumption is an important factor in promoting the GDP of the province;(2)The short-term energy consumption has significantly reduced the contribution of regional GDP,and it has also been affected by the previous period;(3)There are obvious spatial and temporal differences in the energy utilization levels of the cities in the Lancang City Belt.In order to effectively improve the efficiency of resource utilization and promote sustainable economic development,we should accelerate supply-side structural reforms,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,accelerate the development and utilization of new energy,realize the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,strengthen demonstration and guidance,and advocate green production and life.
