大学生村官社会体育指导员的培养——以安徽省为例

The Cultivation of Social Sports Instructors for Mollege Student Village Officials: Take Anhui Province as an Example

通过文献资料、问卷调查、实地访谈和数理统计等多种研究方法,对安徽省大学生村官社会体育指导员的培训和执业现状进行深入分析。结果表明:安徽省大学生村官社会体育指导员在培养管理、培训内容和实践应用中存在着诸多不够完善的地方亟待解决,为此提出相关对策建议。

This essay makes an in-depth analysis of the training and practice of social sports instructors from college-graduate village officials in Anhui Province through literature,questionnaire,interwiew and mathematical statistics.The results show that there are still many imperfections in the training management,training content and practical application of the social sports instructors from college-graduate village officials in Anhui Province,and therefore some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
