不同有机肥和菌剂对花生产量及品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Organic Fertilizer and Microbial Inoculants on Production and Quality of Peanut

摘要 为提高花生产量与品质,优化土壤环境,在化肥用量减半的前提下,设益田有机肥+中农绿康菌剂、益田有机肥+阿姆斯菌剂、金沂蒙有机肥+中农绿康菌剂、金沂蒙有机肥+阿姆斯菌剂4个不同处理,研究不同有机肥和菌剂对花生农艺性状、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:化肥配施有机肥及菌剂,均能够促进花生植株生长,提高主茎高、侧枝长,增加百果重、百仁重、双仁果率、饱果率和单株果重,提高花生荚果及籽仁产量;化肥配施有机肥及菌剂处理均提高了花生的蛋白质、粗脂肪、油酸含量,降低亚油酸含量;在4个处理中以T1处理(化肥+益田有机肥+中农绿康菌剂)综合效应最佳,与单施化肥相比,其荚果产量提高8.05%,籽仁产量提高10.66%,蛋白质含量提高3.86%,粗脂肪提高1.73%。 In order to improve production and quality of peanuts and to optimize soil environment,peanuts were treated with four different combinations of fertilizer under the premise of halving the amount of fertilizer used:Yitian Organic Fertilizer+Zhongnonglvkang microbial inoculants,Yitian Organic Fertilizer+AMMS microbial inoculants,Jinyimeng Organic Fertilizer+Zhongnonglvkang microbial inoculants,and Jinyimeng Organic Fertilizer+AMMS microbial inoculants to observe the effect of the organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants on the agronomic traits,yield and quality of peanuts.The results showed that the organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants promoted the growth of peanut plants,and increased the main stem height and lateral branch length of peanut plants,which increased 100-pod weight,100-seed weight,2-seed pod percentage,full pod percentage,and pod weight per plant and hence pod and seed yield.The chemical fertilizer in combination of organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants increased the contents of proteins,crude fat and oleic acid and reduced linoleic acid content.Of the 4 treatments Treatment 1(T1:chemical fertilizer+yitian organic fertilizer+Zhongnonglvkang microbial inoculants)was the best in comprehensive effects and produced pod yield 8.05%higher,seed yield 10.66%higher,protein content 3.86%higher,and fat content 1.73%higher than the treatment with only chemical fertilizer.
