摘要
针对目前肉制品安全质量频发事故的现状,结合当前的智能技术提出了一种基于RFID的肉制品安全追溯系统,在对RFID技术进行研究的基础上提出了该系统的设计原则,对此完成了该系统的设计,按照肉制品生产和销售的流程,分别从硬件和软件的角度对该系统的整体架构进行搭建及设计。在对肉制品进行数据采集软件设计的基础上,采用了B/S模式对后台软件进行搭建,并设计了相对应的系统设计功能,最后运用到Java编程语言进行系统开发,实现了肉制品追溯信息查询、企业生产管理及质量安全监督功能。经测试,该系统能实现肉制品安全追溯的基本功能,且具有良好的兼容性。
In light of the present frequent incidents of the quality and safety of meat products,a radio frequency identification(RFID)-based meat products safety traceability system was established based on the current artificial intelligent technology.The design principle of this system was put forward on the basis of RFID technology to implement the design of the system,and the overall structure of this system in hardware and software was established and designed based on the process of the production and sales of meat products.On the basis of data acquisition software design for meat products,a B/S mode was used to set up background software,and corresponding system design functions were designed.Finally,Java programming language was used for system development to establish three major functions:meat products traceability information query,enterprise production management,and quality and safety supervision.Through testing,the system can realize the basic function of meat product safety traceability and has good compatibility.
