高职钢琴弹唱教学的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice in Piano Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

当前高职钢琴弹唱教学存在不足,主要表现为理论与实践联系不紧密,教学方法比较单一,实践教学活动较少,师资队伍综合素质有待增强.为改进这些不足,九江职业大学在教学中采取创新策略:密切理论与实践的联系,创新教学方式方法,组织实践教学活动,并加强师资队伍建设,打造优秀的高职钢琴教师团队.实际应用表明,通过创新教学方法有利于提高学生的钢琴知识应用技能,提高学生就业率,增强对工作岗位的适应性.

At present,there is a shortage of piano teaching in higher vocational schools.The main manifestation is that the theory and practice are not closely related,the teaching methods are relatively simple,the practical teaching activities are less,and the comprehensive quality of the teaching staff needs to be strengthened.In order to improve these deficiencies,Jiujiang Vocational University adopts innovative strategies in teaching:close the connection between theory and practice,innovate teaching methods and methods,organize practical teaching activities,and strengthen the construction of teaching staff to build an excellent team of higher vocational piano teachers.The practical application shows that the innovative teaching method is conducive to improving students'piano knowledge application skills,improving student employment rate and enhancing adaptability to jobs.
