This paper introduces the use of SWOT analysis model, and summarizes the main practices of DT hospitals using SWOT analysis models for strategic analysis and decision-making, including the analysis of superiority, inferiority, external favorable factors and unfavorable factors, combined with the analysis model to select the development strategy, to provide a valid path of indicating the direction of hospital development.
