安全质量管理在药剂科管理中应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Safety Quality Management in Pharmacy Management

目的探讨安全质量管理在药剂科管理中应用效果。方法随机自该院药剂科实施安全质量管理前后1年内各500例患者的基本资料进行研究;以2017年1—12月期间收治的500例患者为对照组,以常规管理方式进行干预,以2018年1—12月期间收治的500例患者为观察组,实施安全质量管理;对两组的管理质量进行比较。结果观察组中药品损坏率、药品滥用率、药品过期率、药品误用率、患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在药剂科管理中实施安全质量管理效果理想,可推广、应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety quality management in pharmacy management. Methods The basic data of 500 patients in 1 year before and after the implementation of safety and quality management were randomly studied. The 500 patients admitted from January to December 2017 were used as the control group and were intervened by routine management. The 500 patients admitted between January and December 2018 were observed and implemented with safety and quality management;the quality of management between the two groups was compared. Results The drug damage rate, drug abuse rate, drug expiration rate, drug misuse rate and patient satisfaction were better in the observation group than in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of safety and quality management in pharmacy management is ideal and can be applied.
