麻醉科的药品实施药箱式管理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Drug Box Management in the Anesthesiology

目的分析麻醉科的药品实施药箱式管理的效果。方法该院于2018年7月起在麻醉科实施药箱式管理,选取负责麻醉科药品管理的医务人员20名,比较实施前后麻醉科的管理质量、取药时间和还药时间。结果实施药箱式管理后的麻醉科管理质量评分(95.69±2.05)分明显高于实施前的(90.27±2.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),取药时间和还药时间明显短于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉科药品管理中实施药箱式管理能够有效提高药品管理质量,缩短取药时间和还药时间,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of drug box management in the anesthesiology department. Methods In July 2018, the hospital implemented the medicine box management in the anesthesiology department, and selected 20 medical personnel responsible for the drug management of the anesthesia department. The quality of management, time of taking medicine and time of repayment of the anesthes department before and after the implementation were compared. Results The management quality score(95.69±2.05)points of the anesthesia department after the implementation of the medicine box management was significantly higher than that before the implementation (90.27±2.58)points,the different was statistically(P<0.05). The time of taking the medicine and the time of repaying the medicine were significantly shorter than before the implementation(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of medicine box management in the drug management of anesthesiology can effectively improve the quality of drug management, shorten the time of taking medicine and time of medicine, and it is worth promoting.
