地胆草总黄酮水提工艺优化 被引量:3

摘要 以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用水提法提取地胆草总黄酮,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验优化提取工艺。结果表明,水提温度对总黄酮提取率的影响最显著,其次是水提时间和料液比;最优提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶40(g∶mL)、水提温度90℃、水提时间2.0h,在此条件下,地胆草总黄酮提取率达到18.6%。 Using the extraction rate of total flavonoids as an evaluation index,we extracted the total flavonoids from Elephantopus scaber L.by a water-extraction method,and optimized the extraction process by orthogonal experiments on the basis of single-factor experiments.The results indicate that the water-extraction temperature has the most significant effect on the extraction rate of total flavonoids,next are the water-extraction time and the solid-liquid ratio.The optimal extraction conditions are determined as follows:the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g∶mL),the water-extraction temperature of 90℃,and the water-extraction time of 2.0 h.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Elephantopus scaber L.reaches 18.6%.
