摘要
从樱树皮中分离得到7株内生菌株,通过测定内生菌代谢产物对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、过氧化氢、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,对其抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明,除1株细菌的代谢产物无抗氧化活性外,其它6株霉菌的代谢产物均具有抗氧化活性,其中4#霉菌代谢产物的抗氧化活性最高,其对DPPH自由基的清除率为92.60%、对羟基自由基的清除率为51.56%、对过氧化氢的清除率为34.07%、对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率为19.75%。
We isolated seven endogenous strains from Cerasus serrulata bark.Moreover,we studied their antioxidant activities through determination of scavenging capacities of metabolites towards DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical,hydrogen peroxide,and superoxide anion radical.The results indicate that,except the metabolites of a bacterial strain have no antioxidant activity,the metabolites of other six mold strains have antioxidant activity,among which,the 4#mold strain has the strongest antioxidant activity with the DPPH radical scavenging rate of 92.60%,the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of 51.56%,the hydrogen peroxide scavenging rate of 34.07%,and the superoxide anion radical scavenging rate of 19.75%.
