Seventy years of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cancer

恶性肿瘤是威胁公众健康的主要问题之一,近几十年来恶性肿瘤的治疗手段也发生了巨大的变化.在中国,中医药治疗几乎参与恶性肿瘤治疗的全过程中,涉及中药复方、中药提取物、中药单体及其他非药物治疗等多种手段,在替代性的抗癌抑瘤、补充性的减毒增效、姑息性的培正固本等方面起到重要作用.值此建国70年之际,作者就中药在恶性肿瘤领域应用和研究的历程和进展进行概述.

Malignant tumor is one of the major threats to public health. The treatment of malignant tumors has also undergone tremendous changes in recent years. In China, the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been applied in the whole process of malignant tumor treatment, including traditional Chinese medicine compound, Chinese herbal medicine extract, Chinese medicine monomer and other non-pharmacological treatments, which plays an important role in the alternative anti-cancer tumor, complementarily alleviating adverse reactions and elevating efficiency as well as strengthening body resistance. On the occasion of the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the history and progress of the application and research of the medicinal herb in the field of malignant tumor will be introduced in this article.
