高校基层党团支部共同建设,双效联动,互助共推,有利于提高基层组织的积极性,稳步推进高校的改革与发展,在加强党组织对团组织领导的同时,创新团组织的活动方式,增强基层组织活力,通过团组织的有力建设助推党组织建设,为社会培养合格的接班人和建设者提供坚强保证。本研究分析当前高校基层党团建设的现状,在实际工作中探索党团共建的方式方法,以求形成有效联动模式,并将该模式广泛运用于实际工作。

The joint construction,dual-effect linkage and mutual promotion of grass-roots Party and League branches in colleges and universities are conducive to improving the enthusiasm of grass-roots organizations,and steadily promoting the reform and development of colleges and universities.While strengthening the leadership of Party organizations to League organizations,it innovates the way of activities of League organizations,enhances the vitality of grass-roots organizations,and promotes the construction of Party organizations through the powerful construction of League organizations,so as to cultivate qualified successors and builders for the society.This study analyzes the current situation of the construction of grass-roots Party and League organizations in colleges and universities,explores the ways and means of the construction of the Party and League in practical work,in order to form an effective linkage model,and apply the model widely in practical work.
