学科教师角色转换与专业成长是与时代背景紧密相连的,寻求在新高考背景下历史教师角色转换与专业成长的路径与方法是广大历史学科教师和社会当前的一项重要任务。历史教师角色转换为学生的导师与专业成长此两者相辅相成,互相促进与影响,从而提高历史学科教育教学质量。
