基于三位一体途径的水土保持人才培养模式改革与实践

Reform and Practice of Training Mode of Water and Soil Conservation Talents Based on Trinity Approach

针对福建农林大学传统的水土保持人才培养存在培养模式单一,缺乏水土保持工程治理能力培养;缺乏水土流失治理综合实训,学生实践动手能力不足;学生创新能力不足,缺乏国际视野等问题,利用多个省级校级教改项目,开展创新人才培养模式的改革与实践。借助闽台地缘优势,优势互补,构建多层次的闽台人才培养互鉴共享模式。利用长汀"样板"典型,建成辐射全国的长汀水土保持综合实践教学共享基地。加强国际合作培养交流,解决国际视野不够的问题,从而形成了集综合素质、实践能力、创新思维的"三位一体"水土保持人才培养模式。通过改革水土保持专业人才培养成效明显,实践共享基地社会影响广泛,成果推广示范效应明显,得到了同类院校的认可,对推动我国生态文明战略起到了重要推动作用。

Reform and practice of the training for innovative talents in soil and water conservation are carried out by means of a number of educational reform projects,aimed at the problems existing in the traditional cultivation of talents for soil and water conservation,such as the single cultivation mode,the lack of comprehensive practical training for soil erosion control,and the insufficient practical ability of students,etc.With the help of Fujian and Taiwan's geographic advantages and complementary advantages,a multi-level mode of mutual learning and sharing in talent training between Fujian and Taiwan is established.A comprehensive and sharing practice teaching and sharing base for soil and water conservation in Changting as model has been built.The problem of insufficient international vision is solved by strengthen international cooperation and exchange.The"trinity"talent training mode of soil and water conservation has been formed,which integrates comprehensive quality,practical ability and innovative thinking.The training effect is obvious through the reform.The practice-sharing base has a wide social impact and obvious demonstration effect.It has been confirmed by other colleges and universities,and this training mode has played an important role in promoting the strategy of ecological civilization in China.
