核心素养的问题实际是培养什么样的人的问题。以核心素养作为根本的学科教育,涵盖了掌握知识与提升自身的能力,也要求人能够平衡发展和树立终身学习的理念,强调人与社会保持统一和协调。在近些年的中小学课程改革中,学科核心素养培养更是成为贯穿国家课程标准修订的一根红线,是课程实施和教学改革的总纲和方向。
The issue of core literacy is actually the question of what kind of person to train.The subject education with core literacy as the basis covers the ability to master knowledge and enhance abilities.It also requires people to balance development and establish lifelong learning,emphasizing the unity and coordinated development of people and society.In the curriculum reform of primary and secondary schools in recent years,the cultivation of subject core literacy has become a red line that runs through the revision of national curriculum standards,and is the general outline and direction of curriculum implementation and teaching reform.
