The Teaching Experience of "Solid Sphere Throw"

前掷实心球是中考体育的一个选考项目,逐渐受到家长和学生的重视。然而实心球的学习较为枯燥,技术环节较为复杂,得分率又较低。作为一线体育教师,如何指导学生学习前掷实心球的技术,提高学生的运动成绩是摆在我们面前的一个大难题。本文就笔者几年来的教学实践谈谈自己的经验和感想。

Solid sphere throw is an elective item for the PE test of senior high school entrance examination,and it has gradually received the attention of parents and students.However,solid sphere learning is relatively boring with complicated technical links,and it is difficult for students to get high scores.As a front-line physical education teacher,how to guide students to learn the techniques of solid sphere throw and improve their athletic performance is a big problem facing us.This paper discusses the writer's own experience and feelings about teaching practice over the past few years.
