大学新生入学适应性影响因素研究

On the Functions of Career-Choice Adaptability: A Study on the Adaptability of College Freshmen

针对大学新生入学适应问题,参考国内外大学适应性量表编制《大学新生入学适应性调查》问卷,对四川某高校新生入学生活、职业等六个方面的适应情况进行调查,运用Excel软件、SPSS22.0软件和AMOS17.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果表明:《大学新生入学适应性调查》问卷具有较好的内部信度和建构效度,问卷六个维度在性别、学科、生源地三个方面都表现出不同的差异,其中职业选择适应性在学科、生源地两个方面都有显著的差异。问卷的六个维度能够体现出大学新生入学适应的特性,能够为大学继续深入开展新生入学适应性研究与客观评价方法提供一定的参考价值。

Aiming at the problem of freshmen’s adaptation to college entrance, this study consulted the university adaptability scale at home and abroad to compile the questionnaire of Survey of Freshmen’s Adaptability to College Entrance, and conducted a survey in a university in Sichuan, investigating the adaptability of freshmen in six aspects, such as their entrance life and interpersonal relationship. Excel software, SPSS22.0 software and AMOS17.0 software are used for data processing and analysis. The results show that the questionnaire has good internal reliability and construct validity. The six dimensions of the questionnaire show differences in gender, major and origin place of student. The adaptability of career choice has significant differences in major and origin place of student. The six dimensions of the questionnaire can reflect the features of freshmen’s adaptability, and provide some reference value for the further research and objective evaluation.
