基于高校突发事件的大学生应急能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of College Students’ Emergency Ability Based on College Emergencies

目前我国正处在经济、文化、社会全面转型的特殊时期,受到多种因素的影响,各类突发事件正冲击和困扰着高校,大学校园的安全问题受到了严峻的挑战。文章描述了高校突发事件的内涵,列举了高校突发事件的分类以及各类突发事件发生的占比情况,并从社会自然因素、高校管理因素、家庭教育和个人成长因素等方面分析了高校突发事件频发的原因,针对高校应急教育滞后、家庭危机意识启蒙不足、大学生安全意识淡薄、应急能力不强的现状,从加强突发事件管理、完善应急管理体系、培养应急管理队伍、健全安全教育培训机制等多个角度提出了以加强突发事件管理、强化应急教育等手段提升大学生安全意识,培养应急能力。

At present,China is in a special period of economic,cultural and social transformation.Due to different factors,various emergencies are impacting and perplexing colleges and universities,and the safety of university campuses has been severely challenged.The article describes the connotation of emergencies in colleges and universities,lists the classification of emergencies and the proportion of all kinds of emergencies in colleges and universities,and analyzes the causes of frequent emergencies from the aspects of social and natural factors,college management factors,family education and personal growth factors.Aiming at the current situation of lagging emergency education in colleges and universities,insufficient enlightenment of family crisis awareness,weak safety awareness of college students and weak emergency response capability,and from the perspectives of strengthening emergency management,perfecting emergency management system,training emergency management team,and perfecting safety education and training mechanism,this paper puts forward to strengthen emergency management,emergency education and other means to enhance college students’safety awareness and cultivate emergency ability.
