Mechanism, Problems and Countermeasures of Hunan Green Consumption under the Background of “Two-oriented Society” Construction

随着经济发展向高质量方式的转变,消费对经济的拉动作用越来越明显。绿色消费是绿色低碳循环发展经济体系中的重要一环,是实现经济和社会可持续发展的全新消费模式。阐述绿色消费与两型社会建设的关系,运用马克思经济学的分析方法,分析消费者绿色消费与企业的绿色生产及政府引导之间的相互作用机制,并结合湖南省两型社会建设的实践,总结了湖南绿色消费影响的主要因素和存在的不足,提出了相应的对策:全方位重塑全民绿色消费意识;积极推进城镇化建设,提高农村居民的绿色消费能力;聚焦绿色产业,为社会提供丰富的绿色产品;注重绿色技术创新,全面支撑绿色生产和生活;打造绿色政府,为绿色消费与绿色生产保驾护航。

As the economic development transforms into a high-quality way, the pulling effect of consumption on the economy is becoming more and more obvious. Moreover, green consumption is both an important part of the lowcarbon recycling economic systemand a brand-new consumption model for achieving sustainable economic and social development. The article analyzes the relationship between green consumption and the construction of two-type society, utilizing Marx’s economic analysis method to observe the interaction mechanism between consumers’ green consumption, corporate green production and government guidance. Then it combines with the practice of two-type society construction in Hunan province, the article sums up the main factors that affect green consumption and the inadequacies of green consumption measures in Hunan. Hence, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward: reshaping the awareness of green consumption for all people in an all-round way;actively promoting urbanization construction to improve the green consumption capacity of rural residents;valuing green industry to guarantee the supply of rich green products for the society;focusing on green technology innovation to fully supporting green production and life;building a green government to escort green consumption and production.
