摘要
长株潭城市群是国家“两型社会”建设试验区,在城市群生态空间布局和生态环境保护与建设方面备受关注。近年来,在城镇化不断推进和人口迅速增长的背景下,城市规模不断扩大,区域生态安全日益严峻,生态空间的保护压力不断增加。经济快速发展带来居民生活水平不断攀高,催生出新时代人民对美好生态环境日益增长的需要。本研究应用3S技术以及城市规划、景观生态理论,对研究区域进行了景观格局和生态空间分析,研究结果表明:长株潭地区由于城镇化快速发展导致城市景观格局逐步破碎化和多样化,城市组团摊大饼式发展明显,具有明显融城趋势,生态福利空间分布不均,人们不能平等共享生态福利等问题。同时根据当前城市群发展现状以及国内外生态建设的案例与经验,提出长株潭城市群空间优化策略。研究结果为长株潭城市群生态空间优化以及生态建设提供依据,并为国内同类型城市群生态格局优化提供参考。
Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration is a pilot area for the construction of “Two-oriented Society” in China, attracting much attention in the ecological space layout and ecological environment protection and construction of the urban agglomeration. With the development of urbanization and the rapid growth of population recently, the scale of cities is expanding, the regional ecological security is becoming more and more serious, and the pressure of protecting ecological space is increasing. At the same time, the rapid development of economy brings about the rising living standards of the residents and the increasing demand of the people for a better ecological environment. This paper analyzed the landscape pattern and ecological space of the study area, applying of 3S technology and the theories of urban planning and landscape ecology. The results show that: the rapid development of urbanization in Chang-Zhu-Tan area resulted in the gradual fragmentation and diversification of the urban landscape pattern, the obvious trend of urban groups combined, and the uneven distribution of eco-space. According to the current development situation of urban agglomeration and cases of ecological construction at home and abroad, the spatial optimization strategies of Chang- Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration are put forward. The results provide basis for ecological space optimization and ecological construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration, and also provide reference for other urban agglomeration in China.
