健脾益气方结合FOLFOX4治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe Combined with FOLFOX4 in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的研究健脾益气方结合FOLFOX4方案的治疗结直肠癌的疗效。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年6月在甘肃永靖县人民医院接受化疗的结直肠癌住院患者76例,数字奇偶法随机分类两组,研究组38例,对照组38例。两组均采用FOLFOX4方案治疗,研究组自化疗之日起加服健脾益气方,1剂/d,服用2次。2周为1个化疗周期,至少完成4个化疗周期的病例进入统计学处理。结果研究组的疾病控制率(86.8%)和一年存活率(84.2%)显著高于对照组(分别为50.0%和57.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.936、6.397,P<0.05)。研究组的有效率(55.3%)高于对照组(31.6%),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=3.428,P>0.05)。研究组在毒副作用方面明显优于对照组,特别是在白细胞数量下降、中性粒细胞下降、神经毒性、乏力等指标明显优于对照组,0级数据分别为:73.7%vs44.7%、76.3%vs44.7%、78.9%vs52.6%、76.3%vs52.6%,统计差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.950、7.977、6.133、6.153,P<0.05)。研究组在生存质量改善方面更具有优势,特别是在KPS评分和体重变化方面也明显优于对照组(χ^2=6.802、6.013,P<0.05),研究组KPS评分增加为52.6%,稳定为36.8%,对照组分别为31.6%、34.2%,研究组体重增加为52.6%,稳定为36.8%,对照组分别为28.9%、42.1%。结论健脾益气方结合FOLFOX4的化疗方案相对于FOLFOX4化疗方案在提高临床疗效、减轻毒副作用和改善患者生存质量等方面具有一定的优势。

Objective To study the curative effect of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe combined with FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Convenient selected 76 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent chemotherapy from January 2013 to June 2016 in Yongjing County People's Hospital of Gansu Province were randomly divided into two groups:38 patients in the study group and 38 patients in the control group.Both groups were treated with FOLFOX4 regimen.The study group received spleen and qi qi from the day of chemotherapy,one dose per day and two doses.Two weeks for one chemotherapy cycle,at least four cycles of chemotherapy were entered into the statistical process.Results The disease control rate(86.8%)and one-year survival rate(84.2%)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(50.0%and 57.9%,respectively),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.936,6.397,P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group(55.3%)was higher than that of the control group(31.6%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=3.428,P>0.05).The research group was significantly better than the control group in terms of side effects,especially in the white blood cell count,neutrophil decline,neurotoxicity,fatigue and other indicators were significantly better than the control group,the 0 data were:73.7%vs 44.7%,76.3%vs 44.7%,78.9%vs 52.6%,76.3%vs 52.6%,the statistical significance was statistically significant(χ^2=6.950,7.977,6.133,6.153,P<0.05).The study group had more advantages in improving the quality of life,especially in the KPS score and body weight change(χ^2=6.802,6.013,P<0.05),and the KPS score of the study group increased to 52.6%and stability was 36.8%,the control group was 31.6%,34.2%,the study group weight gain was 52.6%,the stability was 36.8%,and the control group was 28.9%,42.1%.Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe combined with FOLFOX4 has certain advantages over FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in improving clinical efficacy,reducing side effects and improving patients'quality of life.
