文化自信推动社会治理的延安经验及其当代价值

On Yan’an Experience of Cultural Confidence Promoting Social Governance and Its Contemporary Value

延安时期是中国共产党发展壮大的重要时期,而这一时期也是中国共产党走上文化自信之路的重要起点。中国共产党立足陕甘宁边区生产生活实际,出于加强党的建设的需要,以马克思主义社会治理思想为基础,将马克思主义同我国传统文化中优秀的社会治理思想相结合,坚持“人民本位”,立足内源发展,开展文化建设,在增强党的文化自信过程中,推动了陕甘宁边区的社会治理。延安时期通过文化自信推动社会治理的经验,不仅用凿凿事实印证了文化的社会治理功能,同时也为新时代的社会治理提供了重要的启示和借鉴。

Yan'an period is an important period for the development and growth of the Communist Party of China,and this period is also an important starting point for the Communist Party of China to take the road of cultural confidence.Based on the reality of production and life in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,the Communist Party of China,in order to strengthen the Party's construction and on the basis of Marxist social governance thought,combines Marxism with the excellent social governance thought in our traditional culture,adheres to the"people-oriented"principle,bases itself on internal development and carries out cultural construction,which promotes Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia in the process of enhancing the Party's cultural self-confidence.The experience of promoting social governance through cultural selfconfidence in Yan'an period not only confirmed the social governance function of culture with chiseling facts,but also provided important enlightenment and reference for social governance in the new era.
