摘要
[目的]研制经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后随访指标体系,初步建立适合临床使用的并能够全面推广的PCI术后随访方案。[方法]应用德尔菲法对15名心内科相关领域的专家进行阶段性函询,并对结果进行分析。[结果]形成包括3个一级指标、14个二级指标和48个三级指标的PCI术后随访方案。[结论]通过德尔菲法构建的PCI术后随访方案科学、合理。
Objective:To construct a follow-up indexes system after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI),and to establish a suitable and comprehensive follow-up plan after PCI.Methods:By using Delphi method,periodical consultations were conducted among 15 experts in the related field with cardiology .And the relative analyses were taken on the bases of results.Result:The PCI postoperative follow-up plan consists of three primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 48 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:The constructed follow-up indexes system after PCI in this study is scientific and reasonable,which can provide relevant theoretical basis for building a follow-up plan after PCI.
