摘要
[目的]评价Williams生活技能训练缓解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿父母亲职压力的效果。[方法]2017年3月—12月便利选取北京市某三级甲等医院儿科病房住院就诊的SLE患儿父母74人。采用时间分组方法,先收集对照组再收集干预组,两组各37例。对照组接受儿科病房常规护理;干预组在接受儿科病房常规护理的同时,住院期间接受Williams生活技能训练。在干预前、出院前、干预后1个月和干预后3个月采用亲职压力量表简式版评价患儿父母的亲职压力情况。[结果]共70例完成资料收集,两组各35例。干预前两组患儿父母亲职压力总分以及亲职愁苦、亲子互动失调和困难儿童3个维度得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组患儿父母亲职压力总分以及亲职愁苦和困难儿童维度得分在干预后各时点(出院前、干预后1个月和干预后3个月)均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患儿父母的亲子互动失调维度得分在干预后1个月和3个月均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患儿父母的亲职压力总分以及亲职愁苦、亲子互动失调和困难儿童3个维度得分在干预后各时点均较干预前降低(P<0.05);对照组患儿父母的亲职压力总分以及亲职愁苦、困难儿童两个维度得分在干预后各时点均较干预前升高(P<0.05),对照组患儿父母的亲子互动失调维度得分各时点比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]Williams生活技能训练可有效地缓解SLE患儿父母的亲职压力。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of the Williams Life Skills Training(WLST)on relieving parenting stress among parents whose children have systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:Using convenient sampling method,a total of 74 parents,whose children with SLE,were recruited from the pediatric department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing from March 2017 to December 2017.According the time grouping method,when the control was full,and then to collect the intervention group,37 cases in each groups.The subjects of the control group were given routine care in the pediatric ward.The subjects of the intervention group were given Williams Life Skills Training on the base of routine care.The Parenting Stress Index-Short Form(PSI-SF)was used to assess the parents′sterss status before intervention,before discharge,at 1 month and 3 months after intervention.Results:Finally,a total of 70 subjects were observed at 3 months after intervention,35 cases in each group.Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the total score of parenting stress and three dimensions scores of parental distress,parent-child dysfunctional interaction and difficult children between two groups(P>0.05).At each time point after intervention(before discharge,1 month and 3 months after intervention),the total score of parenting stress and the two dimensions scores of parents′ distress and difficulty children in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At all time points after intervention(except before discharge), the dimension scores of parent-child dysfunctional interaction of the parents in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the intervention group,the whole score of parenting stress and three dimensions scores of parenting distress,parent-child dysfunctional interaction and difficult children after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).In the control group,the total score of the scale and two dimensions scores of parental distress and difficult child at all time points after the intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of parent-child dysfunctional interaction at all measuring points were not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that Williams Life Skills Training is an effective tool in ameliorating the parenting stress in parents that children have SLE.
