摘要 随着电气化铁路快速发展,电力牵引机车的功率越来越大,牵引负荷的不断攀升造成27.5kV/0.23kV供电系统产生大量谐波、电压骤变和频率畸变等问题,导致用电设备不能正常工作。本文对采用越级变供电存在的问题及其原因进行分析,并制定相应措施以消除各种安全隐患和不利影响,保障铁路供电安全。 Along with rapid development of electrified railways,the power of electric locomotives are becoming higher and higher,the constant increment of traction loads let 27.5 kV/0.23 kV power supply system generate huge amount of harmonics,abrupt voltage changes and frequency distortion and lead to the abnormal operation of the power use equipment.The paper analyzes the problems existed for over-step power transformation and distribution and the causes to the problems,establishes related measures so as to eliminate various safety hazards.
