摘要
地铁或隧道环境使用的刚性悬挂接触网需要考虑防腐、强度、重量及施工便利性。刚性悬挂腕臂从传统碳钢发展至不锈钢、焊接铝合金,到如今的挤压铝合金,产品性能逐步优化。本文结合几代腕臂的发展变革对各代产品从性能、优劣势方面进行比较,探讨新型挤压铝合金腕臂推广适用的可行性及先进性。
The rigid OCS in subway or tunnel shall consider anti-corrosion,robustness,weight and construction convenience.The cantilevers for rigid OCS are developing from traditional carbon steel to stainless steel,welded aluminum alloy till the extruded aluminum alloy and are optimized progressively.The paper,in connection to the development and revolution of cantilevers for several generations,compares the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the cantilevers of several generations,discusses the feasibility and advancement for popularized application of the new type of extruded aluminum alloy cantilevers.
