摘要
航空导管被广泛应用于油、水、气等非腐蚀性或腐蚀性介质的传输,因此,其端头接口型面的加工质量检测十分重要。采用线结构光视觉测量技术对航空导管端头的三维型面进行非接触式精确测量,设计检测系统实现航空导管端头三维建模及其误差分析。实验结果表明所建系统在满足检测精度的前提下,一次检测小于30 s,导管角度精度优于0.5°,提高了检测效率与精度。
Pipes are widely used in the transmission process of corrosive or non-corrosive medium,such as oil,water,gas and so on,therefore detection for the surface quality of the end is very important. This paper applies the line structured light vision measuring technique to accurately measure the three-dimension surface of the pipe end. Design a detection system to build the three-dimension model of the pipe end and analyze its error. The experiment results indicate that the time of one detection is less than 30 s,which enormously increases the precision and efficiency of the detection.
