摘要
为解决瓷砖在出厂前的最后一步由人工操作进行色差分拣出现的较大误差,根据色差检测的基本公式,比对不同瓷砖图像的各个像素点的差异值,为瓷砖的分拣提供理论依据。编写相应的Labview程序,利用计算机对采集到的瓷砖图像进行数据处理与分析,最终达到瓷砖色差分拣的目的。
The last step of the ceramic tile is to colour aberration sorting before leaving the factory.This sorting process still stays at the levels of manual operation now.Limited by workers'technical level and production environment,there will be often a larger error,which is not conducive to improving the quality and production efficiency of ceramic tiles.This article,aiming at solving this problem,using basic formulas for color difference detection and comparing the difference values of each pixel in different tile images,tries to provide theoretical basis for tile sorting.Based on data processing and analysis of ceramic tile images collected by computer,the author writes corresponding Labview program so as to achieve the purpose of ceramic tile color difference picking.
