多年来上海非常重视和支持创投机构的发展,也取得了一定成效。但总体而言,上海在政府监管、支持政策等方面的宽容度、吸引力还不够,再叠加目前创投行业发展面临的一些普遍问题,共同形成了制约瓶颈。上海应利用设立科创板并试点注册制的机遇,围绕创投发展的关键环节,聚焦突破短板,打造有竞争力的创投发展环境,吸引国内外创投机构落户,促进科技资源与创投资本深度融合。

In recent years,Shanghai attaches great importance to and supports the development of venture capital institutions,and has achieved certain results.On the whole,however,Shanghai’s tolerance and attraction in government supervision and support policies are not enough,and some common problems facing the development of venture capital industry have combined to form a bottleneck.Shanghai should take advantage of the opportunity of setting up a scientific board and pilot registration system,focus on breaking through the short board around the key links of venture capital development,create a competitive environment for venture capital development,attract domestic and foreign venture capital institutions to settle down,and promote the deep integration of scientific and technological resources and venture capital.
