Yangtze River Delta should speed up the promotion of international competitiveness of industries,continuously expand the field of industrial cooperation,improve the efficiency of cooperation levels,take enhancing independent innovation capability as the lead,take key common technologies as the starting point,take strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights as the guarantee,and create a good atmosphere conducive to promoting collaborative innovation.It is necessary to promote the deep integration of industrial chain and innovation chain,the remodeling and upgrading of supply chain and value chain,the construction of value chain division,cooperation and dynamic upgrading system in the whole field and the whole process,the in-depth promotion of scientific and technological,financial and human collaborative support system construction,the building of a highland for the development of real economy,and the continuous promotion of the Yangtze River Delta’s position in the global value chain.
