Research on Agile Logistics Model of Garment Manufacturing

服装制造业敏捷物流模式构建主要针对生产企业敏捷物流模式。通过对服装制造业敏捷物流内涵、组织模式及影响因素进行分析和研究,提出服装制造业敏捷物流模式的构建与设计方案。敏捷物流模式主要由重组性构建、第三方物流、敏捷物流网络等构成,最终实现服装制造业“大数据+智能制造+创新物流”的敏捷物流模式。

The construction of agile logistics mode in garment manufacturing is mainly aimed at the analysis and construction of agile logistics mode of production enterprises.Through the analysis and research on the connotation,organization mode and influencing factors of garment manufacturing agile logistics,this paper proposes the construction and design of agile logistics mode in garment manufacturing,pointing out that agile logistics mode mainly through reorganization construction,third-party logistics,agile logistics network,etc.Several aspects are completed.Finally,the agile logistics model of the clothing industry“big data+intelligent manufacturing+innovative logistics”is realized.
