摘要
癌症是一种复杂的、多因素、多阶段的疾病,威胁着全球人类的健康。透明质酸结合蛋白1(HABP1)是透明质酸黏素家族中的一员,是一种多功能蛋白,能够特异性地与透明质酸结合,具有独特的晶体结构和多种生物学特性,参与癌症的发生和转移。在哺乳动物细胞内外均有表达,可以与多种细胞蛋白发生作用,参与调控免疫反应、细胞周期和细胞信号转导等。HABP1几乎在所有组织特异性的癌症中均有高表达,与患者的预后和临床分期相关,并参与某些癌症的转移和侵袭过程。
Cancer is a complex,multi-factor,multi-stage disease that threatens the health of people around the world.Hyaluronan binding protein 1(HABP1) is a member of the hyaluronic acid mucin family and is a multifunctional protein that specifically binds to hyaluronic acid with unique crystal structure and multiple biologic characteristics,involved in the occurrence and metastasis of cancer.It is expressed both inside and outside mammalian cells and can interact with a variety of cellular proteins to participate in the regulation of immune response,cell cycle and cell signal transduction.HABP1 is highly expressed in almost all tissue-specific cancers and is associated with the prognosis and clinical stage,and is involved in the metastasis and invasion of some cancers.
