Progress in Clinical Management of Pregnancy with Gynecologic Malignancies

妊娠期间恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年升高,需要产科、妇科以及肿瘤科的医务人员进行全面评估和多学科管理、治疗。宫颈癌和卵巢癌是妊娠期发病率最高的两种妇科肿瘤,由于妇科恶性肿瘤的疾病过程不会对妊娠产生负面影响,因此只有晚期患者建议终止妊娠,多数患者需制定个体化的治疗方案,择机行手术、放疗或化疗。实施规范的妊娠期临床管理将有助于在维护母体健康的基础上最大限度地降低恶性肿瘤对胎儿损害,维持妊娠和母体生育功能。

The incidence of malignant tumors during pregnancy is increasing year by year,and obstetricians,gynecologists and oncologists should all be involved to carry out comprehensive assessment and multidisciplinary clinical management and treatment.Cervical cancer and ovarian cancer are two kinds of gynecological tumors with the highest incidence during pregnancy.Only patients in late-phases are recommended termination of pregnancy,because the process of malignant gynecologic tumors will not have a negative impact on pregnancy,while most patients need individualized treatment programs,and appropriate opportunities for surgery,radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Implementation of standardized clinical management during pregnancy will help to minimize the damage of malignancies to the fetus and maintain pregnancy and maternal reproductive function on the basis of maintaining maternal health.
