Research Progress of Premature Ovarian Failure

卵巢早衰是年龄大多在40岁以前的妇女,出现闭经或月经稀发同时伴随着一系列围绝经期症状,体内雌激素水平下降、促性腺激素水平升高达到绝经期水平,进而出现卵巢功能衰竭的现象。在临床无论是传统医学还是现代医学均对该病进行了较深入的研究,中医认为其发病的主要病因病机为肾虚,而西医还未给出准确的发病机制。在治疗上中医、西医在取得进步和疗效的同时也存在着一定的局限性。故通过分析总结近年来医家关于卵巢早衰病因、病机及治疗的经验,为以后的临床工作者提供帮助。

Premature ovarian failure refers to amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea of a woman before 40 years old,accompanied by a series of perimenopausal symptoms,decreasing estrogen levels in the body,and elevated gonadotropin levels reaching the level of menopause,and then ovarian failure.Both traditional medicine and modern medicine have carried out deep research on the disease in clinical,and Chinese medicine believes that the main cause of the disease is kidney deficiency,while western medicine has not given its accurate pathogenesis.In terms of treatment,both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have some limitations while achieving certain progress and curative effect.So,here analyzes and summarizes the doctors’ experience in the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of premature ovarian failure in recent years,and provides some help for future clinicians.
