摘要
心肌梗死对人类生命健康造成严重威胁,对心肌梗死的准确诊断和及时治疗将直接影响患者的预后。超声心动图作为最常用的诊断心肌梗死的影像学方法之一,现已广泛应用于临床,但其存在主观性强、易受操作者临床经验影响等缺点。计算机辅助超声诊断技术的迅猛发展以及计算机强大的计算能力和自主学习功能为客观准确地判断患者病情提供了技术支持。计算机辅助对心肌梗死超声图像特征进行识别和分析,为心肌梗死提供了更多的诊断信息。
Myocardial infarction poses a serious threat to human life and health.Accurate diagnosis and timely treatment of myocardial infarction will directly affect the prognosis of patients.As one of the most commonly used imaging methods for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction,echocardiography has been widely used in clinical practice,but it has some shortcomings such as strong subjectivity and susceptibility to the influence of the operator’ s clinical experience.The rapid development of computer-aided ultrasound diagnosis technology and the powerful computing ability and autonomous learning function of computer provide technical support for objective and accurate judgment of patients’ condition.Computeraided recognition and analysis of the features of myocardial infarction ultrasound images provide more diagnostic information for myocardial infarction.
