摘要
基于ATML标准的自动测试系统的构建是自动测试系统未来的发展方向,同时符合ATML标准测试信息的描述是构建自动测试系统的关键;通过分析制定ATML标准的背景、目的以及框架结构,并且对ATML标准各个子元素表达内容进行说明,特别的针对在测试程序开发过程中测试信息的标准化对测试描述组件的结构进行详细的分析,给出了测试程序的描述方法,最后根据上述分析,给出了ATML在自动测试系统中的应用方法,为实现自动测试系统根据各个组件描述信息自动生成测试激励奠定了技术基础。
The construction of an automatic test system based on the ATML standard is the future development direction of the automatic test system,and the description of the test information in accordance with the ATML standard is the key to construct an automatic test system.Analyze the background,purpose and framework of the ATML standard,and explain the content of each subelement of the ATML standard,especially for the standardization of the test description component in the standardization of test information during the development of the test program.According to the above analysis,the application method of ATML in the automatic test system is given.It lays a technical foundation for the automatic test system to automatically generate test stimuli based on the description information of each component.
