摘要
针对GJB899A中规定的可靠性鉴定方法无法应用于机械产品或系统级可靠性指标的验证问题,基于舰炮武器系统特征的基础上简要分析了传统LM法、MML法的应用特点,从任务可靠度的定义出发,简化系统典型任务剖面,构建系统的模拟试验任务剖面,利用GB4087中贝泽-普拉特近似方法给出系统试验方案,并将该方法应用于工程上某舰炮武器系统任务可靠度评估,在最小有效的试验资源消耗的原则下,可以验证系统的任务可靠度水平;最后给出了该方法的简要评价,保证了系统可靠度参数一定的评估精度,较好的适用于舰炮武器系统任务可靠度的验证。
Because the reliability evaluation method specified in GJB899Acannot be applied to the verification of mechanical products or system level reliability,and based on the characteristics of naval gun weapon system,the application characteristics of the traditional LM and MML method is analyzed.The research starting from the definition of mission reliability,and the typical mission profile is simplified to build one simulation mission experiment profile using the approximate Beze Prat method in GB4087.This method has been applied to the reliability assessment on one certain naval gun weapon system.Under the principle of minimum resource consumption and effective,the mission reliability of system can be verified.Finally,a brief evaluation of the method is given to ensure the accuracy of the system reliability parameters.
