医疗行业是需要终生学习的行业,把医学论文作为医生职称晋升的指标之一是医疗机构的惯常做法,但是对医生发表论文类型及规格的要求脱离临床工作实际,如要求论文必须是论著且必须发表在“核心期刊”上等。医生职称晋升应取消论文必须发表在“核心期刊”上的要求,把病例报告、临床经验总结和教训、临床病理讨论、医学综述、病人病历、学术评论或述评等都应作为医生职称晋升的有效文章指标。

Medical profession is a profession that needs lifelong learning. It is the usual practice of medical institutions to regard medical papers as one of the indicators for the promotion of doctors' professional titles. However, the requirements for the types and specifications of papers published by doctors are divorced from the reality of clinical work, such as requiring papers to be monographs and to be published in "core journals". The promotion of doctor's title should cancel the requirement that papers must be published in "core journals". Case reports, clinical experience summary and lessons, clinical pathological discussion, medical summary, patient's medical records, academic comments or reviews should be regarded as effective indicators for promotion of doctor's position title.
