摘要
中枢神经系统退行性疾病(neurodegenerative disease,NDD)是一类神经元及其髓鞘退行性病变为基础的慢性神经系统疾病。大量研究证实NDD的发生发展与表观遗传学密切相关。其中DNA甲基化作为一种重要的表观遗传学调控机制在神经退行性疾病的发生和进展中发挥着作用。本研究拟对NDD的DNA甲基化研究进展做一综述。为NDD的治疗提供新思路及理论基础。
Neurodegenerative disease (NDD) is a kind of chronic nervous systematic disease with degeneration of neurons and myelin sheath. Many studies found that the closely correlation between the progression of NDD and epigenetics. DNA methylation, one of significant mechanisms of epigenetics, plays an important role in the progression of NDD. The aim of our study is that illustrates DNA methylation in NDD and may provide a new therapeutic option for NDD.
