摘要
为满足北京市S5线提速要求,须将京通线41号怀沙河大桥6孔24 m T梁予以更换。受现场条件限制,传统的吊装更换、预铺横移更换T梁方案难以实施,因而探讨了使用架桥机在营业线上换梁施工的技术方案。通过选用DJK160型架桥机和严密的施工组织与控制,实现了在营业线上每6 h更换1孔梁。本文介绍了换梁方案、架桥机的关键参数、施工流程和关键环节的控制措施,供类似工程参考。
In order to meet the speed raising requirement of Beijing S5 suburban railway,it is neccessary to replace 6 spans 24 m T-girder of No. 41 bridge on Beijing-Tongliao railway. Constrained by the site constructon conditions, traditional method by hoisting replacement and pre-laying and transverse movement is difficult to carry out. So the grider replacement method using girder-erecting machine on orperation railway was discussed and applied. By using DJK160 type girder-erecting manchine and strict construction organization and control,the time replacing one girder was limted in 6 h,that is a maintenance window. In this paper,the girder replacement scheme,key parameters of girder-erecting manchine,construction technology process and control measurements of key process were introduced. It may provide references for similar engineering.
